The venue is spacious and clean with a good value and very amiable staff. The rooms with 2 beds. Fantastic and amazing location to get to popular Seoul attractions thanks to a bus stop near the hotel. A good restaurant available in the property. Fine experience there.
No wifi at all.

Convenient location, steps from metro and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Friendly and helpful staff stored our bags and provided small touches like 3D print key ring. Stylish industrial design with pleasant smell in corridor. Fast internet and close to top sites.

The hotel had a super cool vibe and the rooms were clean and comfy. We had a blast exploring the city and the location was perfect, super close to the subway station and walking distance to the shopping area and N Tower. The free cookies were a sweet bonus too!
We had a great time at Small House Big Door, but if there was one thing we could ask for, it would be more fun activities for young party-goers. The hotel had a stylish and trendy atmosphere, but it would have been even better if there were some cool events or parties going on to really amp up the fun factor.

The rooms are beautifully designed with unique touches, creating a comfortable and modern atmosphere. The bathrooms are spacious and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay. The friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service, adding to the overall positive experience. Furthermore, the complimentary coffee and thoughtful touches, such as welcome cookies, enhance the guests' stay.
Some rooms may not offer a scenic view or natural sunlight, which could be a drawback for some guests.

The hotel had a charming and cozy atmosphere, which made me feel right at home. The decorations were tasteful and reminded me of simpler times. The accessibility for senior people was excellent, with clear signage and well-lit hallways. It was easy for me to navigate around the hotel and feel comfortable in my surroundings.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff in carrying my luggage. Some of the children working there seemed a bit overwhelmed and were not as attentive as I would have liked.

I absolutely loved staying at Small House Big Door! My boyfriend and I were traveling around South Korea for several weeks and stayed at this hotel on three separate occasions. The staff couldn't have been nicer, and we enjoyed sampling three different rooms during our stays. Each room had a unique layout but was consistently comfortable, well-equipped, and clean. The location was fantastic, with numerous attractions, eateries, museums, parks, and transportation options within easy walking distance. Can't recommend enough!
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

It is conveniently close to train stations, making it easy to explore the city. the rooms are clean and well-designed, with comfortable beds and functional bathrooms. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Plus, the cafe offers delicious food at reasonable prices.
The hotel could improve on its housekeeping, as some guests noticed trash and unsightly linen in the rooms.
